Hallahad

Hallahad is a shapeshifter character of my Mirror Tales, he is a Dellrum knight (humans with special shapeshifts given by their order), who willingly went to the Abyss (primordial part of their native world) and was accepted by it. Now he is an abyssal creature, who keep being sentient and fully aware of all pros and cons this transition had.
He is not able to fly or glide. It would be better to think of him not as a bird, but a dromeosaurid-like creature.
It is unknown, is he still capable of shifting back in his human form.
